Q: The web browser shows an "internal server error"

If you have used accessTunes version
1.2.1 or prior, you will need to make sure the accessTunes
version 1.x daemon is uninstalled in order to use accessTunes
version 1.5 or later. To uninstall the daemon, open the older
version of accessTunes that you have previously used. In the
accessTunes menu select "accessTunes"->"Uninstall
accessTunes." You should see a window confirming that
you have properly uninstalled accessTunes. Now, refresh the
web browser. If you still get the "internal server error,"
please contact support@zeleksoftware.com with the specific
details of your problem.
